To complete your booking, you need to provide your current credit card number and expiry date. Alternatively, you can pay a deposit of 30% of the total stay and pay the remainder within 7 days before check-in, sending us the bank receipt within the same term by email "info@santacaterinalanghe.it".

• no charge up to 16 days before check-in (and restitution of any deposit paid);
• charge of 50% of the total cost of stay if you cancel between 15 and 8 days before check-in;
• charge of the entire cost of stay if you cancel from the 7th day before check-in, or do not turn up.

• Check-in with us in person between 3.30 pm and 7 pm, but you can also self-check-in after that time.
• Check-out before 10 am.
• Late check-out (or early check-in) can be arranged if one of us is available, with an extra cost of €25.

• Every guest commits himself to cooperate in the sustainability efforts undertaken by Santa Caterina Langhe. This means in concrete terms to separate waste accordingly, to avoid waste of water, heat or light.

• Please close the wooden entrance door (accompanying it softly in order not to disturb guests in Apartment 2). Please close it with the key if you enter/leave during night hours. Same for the entrance door of the Salon which has to be closed at any time.

• Please close the iron entrance gate at the parking slot at any time.

• No noisy activities, especially from 12 to 3 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.

• Please make sure you are dry all over before you enter into the house or your rooms because water and its treating could damage the wood and makes the tiles slippery for you and for the next who passes.

• Cars are allowed to access only for initial and final loading/unloading, exception made for guests with mobility impairments. For the rest of the time, please use private parking (not surveyed) which is available in front of the facility.

• Outside chairs are available to all and cannot be reserved by depositing personal items there: they are to be considered free unless physically occupied by the guest.

• Each guest is responsible for his or her personal belongings.

• Accompanying Parents/Adults will vouch for their entrusted children/minors.

• Guests are required to make every effort to safeguard the common areas, the apartments and the equipment in the state in which they found them.

• Parties or events are not allowed at any time, unless agreed with the management.

• Use for commercial or non-private purpose of pictures or movies shot within the fenced Santa Caterina Langhe Property area is subject to approbation by management.

• Please treat the furniture with regard because they are partially antique.

• Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas using an ashtray.

• In the whole property no grill, open fires or gleaming carbon are allowed.

• Pets are not allowed in Santa Caterina Langhe.

Children under 3 years old - free.

For general security, entrance and exit are monitored by close circuit television cameras.
